Way Back When..
Way Back When.. A Long time ago.. When I was a kid, almost 40 years ago, the biggest buzz that I got on every day was an ‘Etch-A-Sketch’, like this one below: In case you don’t know, you’d turn the knob on the left to etch a horizontal line, then turn the knob on the right to etch a vertical one If you turned both simultaneously you’d be able to go diagonally, this blew my mind at the time! If you had one, then you’ll know that you’d be there for hours just trying to etch a house, or in my case a car, but you just didn’t get bored One of the best things about it was that all you had to do to start over is give it a good shake, then the elements inside would do their ‘magic’ and clear it back to a blank silver screen When I got bored of it after a couple of hours, I’d put it on my bed and go and play with my cars, or draw cars… I’ve been a drawing fan since I could pick up a pencil, how about you? Fast forward to today and I’m still a big fan of all things creative Did you know I was a graphic designer for almost 16 years? (I’ll talk about that another time!) Well that has served me well in life, especially when designing my own socials profiles, and now with the arrival of AI art platforms I’m literally in heaven I have spent the last few months honing my ‘prompting’ skills, now I can confidently display the title ‘AI Artist’ Have you tried dabbling in AI art yourself yet?
