Claude or ChatGPT?

Claude or ChatGPT?...

This week so far, I’ve been dabbling around with Claude, Anthropic’s rival to OpenAI’s ChapGPT

Now I am a big fan of ChatGPT, and it remains my favourite tool, but I’m always open to trying new AI innovations

You know what it’s like, you’re minding your own business, scrolling through IG for 5 minutes, then a targeted ad pops into your feed. Mostly annoying right?

But sometimes you actually get something put in front of you that peaks your interests, that’s what happened with Claude

I didn’t click through on the ad, I don’t know about you, but I dont like to give the ad managers the credit! Instead, I searched Claude up on Google and clicked through

Have you noticed how easy most of these AI releases are to sign up for? Lesson in there for other online entities me thinks

Anyway, I signed up, then started to ask my new friend Claude some questions. I gave him a PDF of a lead magnet I’d created and asked him to summarise it into a Twitter thread

I wasn’t expecting too much, but he converted into a thread almost instantly, pretty impressive! This is where Claude beats ChatGPT, as ChatGPT can’t translate documents

Then I gave my buddy Claude a scenario where he had to pretend he was my assistant, I told him to scan Twitter for accounts with more than 50k followers in the mindset niche

Pretty simple right? I was gobsmacked to read his response:

“Unfortunately I do not have direct access to scan Twitter accounts or follower numbers”

Hmmm… Now here is another minus point for poor little Claude and a big plus for ChapGPT, my other older buddy ChatGPT can scan Twitter pretty easily, which is pretty dang useful

I do though have some good news, Claude’s responses to other questions feels a little more human and conversational than ChatGPT

So you can flip between the two for different types of social media projects, which means it’s a win-win for both my new AI friends, and for us too!

I’m very excited about the possibilities with all things AI going forwards, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences, so just send me a reply anytime

I thank you for reading my musings, until next time..

Matt

P.S.

If you like the cut of my jib and you’d like to work with me on creating and exploding your social media accounts, just send me a reply, or DM me on Twitter here:
